Support for Growing Selves

Teen Therapy

Adolescence can be a season of intense feeling, rapid change, and quiet uncertainty. Therapy gives teens a supportive place to be heard while building language, coping skills, and self-trust.

Therapy Focus

Support that meets the real shape of what you are carrying.

The teen years can be tender and intense. Teens may be navigating anxiety, depression, school pressure, social stress, identity questions, grief, family conflict, trauma, or emotions that feel too big to explain. Therapy gives teens a place to be taken seriously without being shamed, rushed, or treated like a problem to fix.

Inner Spark works with teens in a way that honors their voice, privacy, and developmental needs. Sessions may focus on naming emotions, building coping skills, understanding relationships, strengthening self-trust, and finding safer ways to communicate when life feels overwhelming. Telehealth can make support feel more accessible and less intimidating for some young people.

When appropriate, caregiver collaboration can help support continue beyond the session while still protecting the teen's trust. The goal is not to make teens into someone easier for others to manage. It is to help them feel less alone, more understood, and more able to move through change with support and steadiness.
