Therapy Focus
Support that meets the real shape of what you are carrying.
Grief can change the texture of daily life. It may come after a death, a relationship ending, illness, family rupture, identity change, miscarriage, caregiving loss, or a future that no longer looks the way you imagined. Some days grief feels loud and immediate; other days it is quiet, numb, confusing, or mixed with guilt and relief. Grief therapy offers space for all of it.
At Inner Spark, grief is met with tenderness and patience. You do not have to move on quickly, make your loss sound acceptable, or grieve in a way that makes other people comfortable. Therapy may include remembering, meaning-making, emotional processing, ritual, nervous system support, and finding language for the ways life has changed.
The goal is not to erase the loss or rush you toward closure. Love, pain, anger, longing, and gratitude can all exist together. In therapy, grief can be held with enough steadiness that you do not have to carry it alone, and over time you may begin to find a way to live with the loss without losing yourself.
